So, you want to learn about the Trade Terminal?

Choices:

If you choose "Yes, can you please tell me something about it ?":

Sure!  In the Trade Terminal you can buy basic items at fixed prices, for example basic tools, weapons and ammunition.

 

Note that there is a "New Arrivals" category for inexpensive but less efficient equipment for new colonists.

• Why would one go buying New Arrival Equipment?

The New Arrival items available in game are made for newcomers so that they can try out different tools, weapons etc before going for the real deal.  They are less expensive.

• Aha, I see.

You should go and try the Trade Terminal.  It is the blue one located in the middle of this room. .Have a look at it and then come back here.

On operating the Trade Terminal:

Double clik the terminal to operate it.

You can buy basic items in the Trade Terminal.

 

Choose one of the categories and then the specific item you would like to browse.  Then choose quantity and hit 'BUY'.  The item will automatically go into your inventory in the right group.

You can also sell items in the Trade Terminal.

 

Click on the tab 'SELL' at the top of the window.   Then drag the items you want to sell to the window.  Then click Sell and confirm the sale.

 

Now go back to the guide.
